Circuit Training


Our Circuit Training has:

·       10 strength stations & 10 cardio stations.

·       A progression where you perform each exercise for a short period of time before moving on to the next station.

·       Little to no rest between exercises.

·       The ability to adjust to ALL LEVELS OF FITNESS
